REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

A Full Regular Registration of one of the authors of each accepted paper is mandatory for the paper to be included into the proceedings.  Accepted papers without a full registration of one of the authors will be excluded from the conference program.
IMPORTANT: the Full Registration for each accepted paper MUST be made in time for inclusion of the paper in the SPRINGER proceedings i.e. DEADLINE JULY 11

(*) A student is any individual who is engaged as a graduate or undergraduate in a university or college program. Students are required to provide their university ID for verification of their undergraduate/graduate status.

(**) One Day Registration does not include Social Dinner

Extra Gala Dinner Tickets can be purchased during or after Registration.  80,00 € per ticket

Payment of registration fees (in Euro) can be made as follows:

REGISTRATION INVOICE

Registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt. Invoice will be sent after payment by e-mail prior to the conference (please fill in the invoicing details during the registration procedure: you can choose invoice to person or invoice to company/institution.) **For invoice to individuals who do not hold an Italian Fiscal Code, please also indicate your date and place of birth when required. For Italian law it is mandatory to have these details in order to issue the invoice**

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • If you cancel your registration by 30 July 2022, we will refund the participation fee deducting an administrative charge of 100 €. Otherwise, the participation fee must be paid in full.
  • NO REFUNDS for cancellations after July 30th

SUBSTITUTION is possible by sending the name of the canceled participant and the replacement to the address silvia.ferrari@pragmacongressi.it. You will have to keep the same category of registrations.
If one of the speakers is asking for a substitute, the replacement must still be an author or co-author.
